Settings in case of interrupts of measurement data transmission via the USB interface
If the measuring data - particularly at high data rates of the GSV-2TSD, GSV-3USB, GSV-4USB or GSV-6DEV do not arrive evenly or if there is a problem with the connection setup to the amplifier, this can be due to incorrect driver settings. In this case, try the following:
1. Open the Device Manager (e.g. via Control Panel -> System)
2. Unfold in the "Ports (COM & LPT)" entry.
3. Right-click on the sub-entry "USB Serial Port (COMxx)", where "xx" stands for the COM no., which has been assigned by Windows. Then select "Properties"
4. In the "Port Settings" tab, click "Advanced" in the window that opened. This dialog appears:
Set the "Latency Timer (msec):" to 1 as shown in the figure. By default, it is usually set to 16 msec, which is unfavorable.
